Describe the challenge
The challenge I am taking on in regards to my social media campaign is utilizing a single app interface that connects the various shipping platforms and services as well as online merchants to create a logistic map of the country tracking shipments and packages.
Who is the target audience?
18-40 Wide range, both Male and Female.
Anyone who is an avid online shopper to larger companies who order online in bulk.
What does the audience currently think about the brand or group?
Sometimes tracking packages can be a hassle due to multiple shipping platforms. It is also sometimes confusing and not up to date.
What would we like the target to think and feel?
The target audience would feel assurance and direction rather than confusion.
Which facts, evidence or thoughts will assist in this change of thinking?
Having one code for all purchases creates uniformity and ease. The app would be easily accessible.
What is the brand essence?
The brand is smart, organized, and punctual. It has no bias to product or company therefore has nothing to hide or promote. The app would have an equal relationship with each shipping company.
What is the key emotion that will build a relationship with the core audience?
The key emotion for this brand in regard to its core audience is reliability and assurance.
What media will best facilitate our goal?
Cell Phone App (GPS Enabled)
What are the most critical elements?
Simplicity: The app is designed to reduce headaches caused by shipping information, not create them
Longevity: The app must be able to incorporate new technologies and information services as they develop in relation to online shopping.
What is the single most important takeaway?
Stimulate positive feelings toward shipping services, timeframes, and online shopping by boosting customer monitoring capabilities.
What do we want the audience to do?
Purchase more online products because of their newfound comfort in the shipping process thanks to this app. Also boost other brand/merchant images thanks to stimulation of positive customer satisfaction.
